Your own yoga practice.

I love my yoga practice at night. I love rolling out my mat when the house is quiet, putting on some gentle music, and breathing into 'me'.
It's not a long practice. It doesn't need to be. As long as I feel the tingle through my body, and I calm my mind enough so I can feel my breath, then this is the perfect amount I need. What is even nicer is that I know this time is waiting for me at the end of every day. It is there when I need it most, just a few hours away.
This is my time, and everything else can wait. Because when I take the time to tap in, I find the answers I'm looking for, I let 'very important' worries go, and I basically 'get real' with what's important. Being present with my little boy, being kind and patient with my partner, and asking the universe to help us out when we need it most.
Your own yoga practice will contribute to this very special time with you. It is an empowering time, to strengthen your belief in your truth within. Nobody else has the answers. You have the answers, you just need to believe, and honour the truth inside by taking the time to be still and listen.
