Why Yoga for Mums?

Motherhood is the most demanding job in the world!
It requires us to do incredible things with our body like give birth, run around after speedy toddlers AND function on very little sleep. It also requires us to be emotionally balanced, to not 'lose it' with our kids, and work on our own stuff like the huge responsibility we find ourselves with, finances, and dealing with our own hurts from the past. And what about being spiritually fulfilled, being here and now, enjoying this immensely special time, and having a healthy self esteem?

Yoga can help us with all of this.

Emotional Yoga Therapy is gentle, nourishing and deeply nurturing. Using the style of Yin yoga, which consists of long held, deeply restful positions, you use your breath to venture into your body and connect with your inner essence.
Whatever is out of balance, your body will tell you. Whatever needs to be healed for you to be able to move forward in life, your body will tell you.....
With yoga, your breath and flower essences, you are reuniting with your emotional self.
You need  and deserve to be nourished. You need and deserve to look after yourself, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
