These personalised classes are designed to give you a practice just for you!
The session includes;
* yoga tools to help reduce stress and stay clam such as breath-work (pranayama).
* gentle 30 min yoga practice (that you will also be able to do at home after our session),
*a mini Reiki session to leave you feeling nourished and revitalised!
Together, we will create a practice to balance you. If life is hectic, we will concentrate on a calming and soothing
yoga and meditation session.
If you are feeling stuck or down, we will do a more energising session to help your energy and life flow.

self, and allows you to go deeply within and explore your soul.

I work on your energy field & energy centres (chakras) within the body, where all our thoughts, feelings and emotions reside. Here I
remove any 'blocks' that I can feel intuitionally. The result is a feeling of 'opening' up. No longer weighed down but the depressing thoughts, or strong emotions, you are at one with the flow of life.
