In these sessions, we close our eyes and journey within, allowing ourselves the freedom to move our bodies as we need to, the quietness to watch our thoughts, and the space to explore our emotions.
With a mixture of yoga, free movement, breath awareness and most importantly, emotional focus, we move our bodies to strengthen our sense of self, and most importantly reconnect with our subtleness of our energy body. In these classes, you will learn some simple yoga poses that will be repeated throughout the 3 classes. This way, you will be able to apply the class at home, as well as know the pose well enough so that you can stop thinking about 'the correct way', but rather experience your body in the pose. Once we have warmed up, we will journey deeper, closing our eyes, feeling our breath, and move freely (while staying on our mat) to music designed to gently caress our senses. This is a moment to just 'feel' our body, our subtle body, our emotions, and who we are in the moment. We end the class with a full yoga nidra guided meditation. |
